Network Security and Fire achieved NSI Gold status for Security in 2004 for and NSI Gold Status for Fire in 2006. Gold status is only given to companies who meet the security industry's highest standards. NSI Nacoss - The National Security inspectorate (NSI) is an independent non-profit approvals body which inspects companies who design install and maintain electronic security systems and fire detection and alarm systems.

In order to achieve Gold Status for the Security Industry companies must meet the highest business performance standards, including meeting the industry specific ISO 9007 quality management standard. As a NSI Gold company we are required to provide a high level of staff training and supervision to the security industries best practice standards, additionally all staff are required to have received a 10 year security vetting check. We are inspected every six months by professional auditors which include random visits to customer sites assuring the customer of a high level of quality service. NSI Gold companies are required to demonstrate a long track record of performance and evidence of reliability and stability.

To achieve NSI Gold for Fire, Companies are required to be BAFE SP203 approved which Network Security and Fire achieved in 2006. The new Fire Safety Legislation which came into force on the 1st of October 2006, which now requires all business to designate a responsible person to carry out fire risk assessments, each individual company is responsible for its fire safety. By contracting an NSI Gold approved company you can ensure all the requirements of the new legislation are met.
