Redcare GSM
The GSM doubly protects because it uses two secure signalling paths to your alarm receiving centre. If either is tampered with by an intruder, or is faulty, the alarm receiving centre will be alerted and the relevant emergency services, or your authorised keyholder, will be called. BT Redcare GSM uses the security of a BT phone line with the added protection of a GSM radio back-up path.
Redcare Classic
Classic monitors property and premises every second of the day by actively checking that your phone line is working. If there are any interruptions a warning signal will be delivered to the alarm receiving centre. This means that your alarm signalling can never be compromised without the knowledge of the alarm receiving centre.
Redcare Secure
Future proof signalling and 21CN Compliant, Redcare Secure enables you to select between three security variants to meet your business demands. Depending on your business risk and the technology you use you can opt for Secure2, Secure 3 or Secure IP. With No hidden call charges you could make noticeable yearly savings on your phone bill.
Digital Communicator
In the event of an alarm activation a signal is sent via a normal telephone line to the ARC. A nominated keyholder is then notified. Note: If the telephone line is cut prior to the alarm activation, the signal to the ARC cannot be sent but the 'audible only' part of the system will still operate.
DualCom GPRS
The GPRS is an intruder alarm signalling device that uses both the Vodafone network and your telephone and/or IP path to transmit intruder, fire and personal attack signals at high speed.
DigiPlus
DigiPlus is a small device that was developed in conjunction with Vodafone that fits between any existing digital communicator and the telephone line providing an improved and robust signalling solution. DigiPlus® is guaranteed to make all existing digital communicators fully compatible with BT’s 21CN. DigiPlus® will operate on both the old and new networks, providing peace of mind that if the exchange is upgraded, the Alarm system will still signal through to the Alarm Receiving Centre.
Emizon 21
Emizon 21 is the smart, managed, dual-path signalling service designed for broadband, making it the ideal solution for monitoring alarm and CCTV systems in commercial premises. Easy to use, secure and futureproof Emizon 21 is a fully digital service that has more functionality and yet costs less than similar analogue services.
Available as Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4 service Emizon 21 has been independently tested and passed to LPS.1277 by BRE/LPCB, for compliance with the highest Grade 4 EN signalling standards.
