All CCTV activations are logged by the RVRC and the reports are forwarded to Network Security on a daily basis. CCTV systems are connected to our Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) monitoring Surveillance systems 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The RVRC offers a full range of equipment for transmission including Adpro ISDN, Adpro I.P signalling and Dedicated Micros and various signalling methods such as Broadband and ISDN.

Easy to use, secure and futureproof Emizon 21 is a fully digital service that has more functionality and yet costs less than similar analogue services.

Monitoring provides assurance that our operators are keeping a watchful eye on your CCTV connections. With this level of service you are guaranteed an immediate response from trained dedicated professional staff.

As soon as they detect an intrusion on your premises the CCTV operators manning the RVRC are notified. After viewing the activation, they can then make the best decision on the next course of action. This may vary from just an audio warning to deter the intruder, to calling a keyholder. If required, activations on BS 8418 commissioned sites, if caused by an intruder, can be policed.
